Organization

Organizational hierarchy of Brands Foundation comprises of a board of directors, working director, various department managers and other support staff. Directors who form the nucleus of working strategy are highly qualified with vast diversified experience and are engaged in running various high-tech organizations.

Details of the qualifications, experience and assignments of directors are as follows;

Emran Ahmed Riyaz - Chairman

Mr. Emran did his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology Karachi in 1988.

He has been actively involved in roll-out of big scale technology projects throughout his career, ranging from 1000 lines digital PBX to a full scale Radio paging infrastructure. He was also part of the team spearheading FM radio stations and MMDS based wireless cable infrastructure, the first ever in Pakistan.

Shaikh Rashid Alam – CEO and Board Director

Mr. Rashid is the founder and CEO of the Brands Foundation, an MBA in Brand Management by qualification, he has held various strategic positions throughout his career. He started his professional career in 2003 with the establishment of Prime Public Relations in Karachi. Prime Public Relations was a sole proprietorship company providing PR and event management services to leading corporate companies of Pakistan. He has also got the honor of representing Government of Pakistan at World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Regional Forum on Branding Transformation at Hanoi, Vietnam.

Syed Asim Zaffar – Board Director

With over 24 years of experience within the IT industry and holding the prestigious position of Director Sindh IT Board, his career spans through sales, marketing, operations and public relations. He has represented Pakistan on numerous occasions locally and internationally. His tireless efforts to improve and inculcate a progressive IT environment within Pakistan earned him an honorary key to the city by the Mayor of the city of Naperville, IL, USA in addition to numerous other awards. Brands Foundation Members

Brands Foundation has an autonomous board overlooking all the aspects from the initial evaluation of brands to the final awarding. Each member within the autonomous board is elected for a period of 2 years and has to be re-elected after that. All the autonomous board members are individuals who have no valid association of any sort with any other organization and possess a high caliber of repute and professional experience in order to effectively evaluate and honor the brands.
